Le porc dont nous \u00e9laborons tous les produits de l’abattage, une tradition qui se perd peu \u00e0 peu.
\nVous pourrez trouver des chorizos manchegos, des boudins noirs d’oignon, de guarra, des saucisses et des saucissons, des longes farcies, des jambons maison au paprika, des longes et des c\u00f4tes d’orza, du lard sal\u00e9, des blanquillos, etc…

Notre principale force r\u00e9side dans le fait que nous abattons nous-m\u00eames nos viandes, puisque nous sommes membres fondateurs de la coop\u00e9rative des abatteurs de La Roda.<\/p>\n
