Description

The Church of El Salvador, in La Roda, is located on what is known as the “loma del castillejo” (hill of the castle), where the old Castillo de Robda stood, which was destroyed by order of Isabella the Catholic.

Castillo de Robda is an artisan cheese that pays homage to the first settlers of our town. It is a flavour with character that will not leave our palate indifferent, reminding us of the cheese that our ancestors made. It is a time machine that takes us back to the flavours enjoyed by our ancestors and whose legacy has made Manchego cheese a universal product.

Take a piece of cheese, put it in your mouth and you will discover the pleasure of tradition.
