It has a strong, acidic and tasty flavour. The taste is the peculiar taste that Manchegan sheep’s milk gives it. Its eyes are irregular in size and its colour is ivory yellow.

Made with 100% pasteurised Manchegan sheep’s milk. Maturing between 2 and 3 months.

Keep refrigerated between 5 and 10 ºC. Protect the cut surface for better preservation.
