Cheese matured for a minimum of 180 days. A cured cheese with D.O. La-Mancha. Made from 100% Manchega breed sheep’s milk. Its taste and smell are pleasant and full-bodied. Accompanied by a good red wine it will be the perfect aperitif. A cheese of character with a lot of personality that when tasted will show us what an authentic Manchego cheese is, the best known cheese in the whole world.
